Chief Economist Stan Humphries’ with Zillow comments on the latest national real estate data

While it appears we are moving in the right direction and getting less negative in terms of home values each month, the next few months will be very important and I hope the recent sluggishness is due to the typical summer slowdown and we can at least move horizontal instead of vertical for awhile!
