I wanted to take a moment to 'Thank You' for your outstanding performance in helping us sell our home in Woodinville. Two years ago you acted as our Buyer's Agent when we relocated to the Seattle area. Your knowledge of the area was top notch and allowed my wife and I (and two daughters) to make sound decisions as we narrowed down our home search. You understood all aspects of the area: schools, traffic, demographics, shopping, restaurants, home values and equity potential. The list could go on and on.

As we began our relocation back east you then acted as our seller's agent for the same house we purchased two years earlier. Once again your services were outstanding. You worked tirelessly to find a buyer and kept us well informed during the process (this is critical). You also tapped into your endless network of partners (painters, carpenters, roof experts, etc.) that helped prepare our house for sale. As the closing date approached, you were there for us despite the fact we had already moved 3,000 miles away. You made us feel 100% confident that everything would work out with you at the wheel.

Patti, you are someone of very high integrity and business ethics. You never crossed the line and represented your industry with the utmost professionalism and respect.

I would recommend your services to anyone that is relocating to the Seattle area. Having been through seven corporate relocations in the past 10 years, I have seen the worst of the worst and the best of the best. I firmly place you in the latter.


Great job and I wish you continued success with John L. Scott in the future.
